Had backed up plumbing where water was coming back up from the bathtub. Called them and they came out first thing next morning. Gave a fair quote and ended up costing less than the quote since they didn't have to break concrete to fix issues. Andy told me everything that should be done moving forward but wasn't pushy about it which I appreciate. Both Andy and his partner were polite, honest, and worked fast. They cleaned up everything afterwards as well. They were also able to offer no interest financing for 15 months which was great. the office staff was great as well. They gave me different options on financing. Also gave warranties on their work. I will be using them again in the future for sure. Thanks again Andy (and your partner as I didn't get his name)!

Jose Ochoa did an amazing job unclogging our bathtub drain! He was professional, punctual, and super friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything running smoothly in no time. He also took the time to explain what caused the clog and gave us some great tips to help prevent future problems. We really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. the company is great in getting back to you and be on time when it is needed and text and call for updates of when the Service Technician be on their way. But this guy Andy Carrillo Service Technician Mr. Rooter Plumbing no matter how long he has been with the company and knows what he able to help he has a bad customer service issue. When talking to customers and blaming their customers on the issue why the item cause the damage. When he has no proof to show hte customer it really is and his manager was nice to find out. And then has the nerve to call us back and say that the item was the issue of the problem that damage the water heater. She sticks up for him cause he has been with them for years and never had a bad review well that is why customers never wrote a review. So if we need another plumbing issue my mom and I do not want Andy to be the one coming to our place to help with the problem.!!

Brian L was amazing and made our experience smooth sailing! He was able to answer all questions (big or small), and talk things down to a language I understood! Brian was very approachable and was able to finish in a timely manner. Will definitely use this company again if needed!

We had a main water replaced (big job) and Andy was very thorough atlooking a the various options given us options to minimizing any brick or concrete work. He was great about explaining all the details and changes that were necessary to complete the job. Recommend Mr. Rooter

My service technician was Christian Carroll. He was wonderful, punctual and professional. I appreciate the extra time he took to help solve my plumbing problem and was patient enough to explain it to me in layman terms. He provided me a reasonable rate for the service and got the job done in under an hour! Would definitely call on him again for any future plumbing issues
